Samuel Wallace - Owner of Pine Needles Cones LLC, is driven to help his Neighbors maintain a Fire/Water/Wind ready approach to the High Desert while providing quality jobs to hard working individuals. Residing in Deschutes River Woods A.K.A. “The Dub” with more than 2100 other households, the need for this service was evident.
